In patch 2.3 we have nice buff on Presence of Mind - Duration now are 15 second and recast time is only 150 seconds. That's great, but skill is still useless because is still faster cast Cure II than Presence of Mind and Cure II. Healers need plan when to use it so this skill is useless in danger situations.

My suggestion is simple - change "Increases spell speed." to "Spell cast are instant".
That change makes that skill almost same like Swift Cast but any skill on that 10-15 second will be instant with normal recast time.
