Time: August 29th at about 9:15 pst
Frequency: Once
System:PS4
World: Lamia
Character: Lyxn Wildrunner
NPC: N/A
Monster name: Red Dragon
Class/Level: White Mage/50
Party or solo: Alliance, 24 people
Time: Server time was 8:15pm
Area: Syrcus tower, 3rd to last room
Connection type: Wireless/MTA
Modem maker/model: Netgear/N/A I do not have access to the modem for the model, but was told it's a netgear.
PS4 Model: CUH-1001A
Steps:
1. Used duty finder to get into Syrcus Tower
2. We proceeded as usual until the room with the Red Dragon.
3. We DPS'd down the adds, which made the red Dragon come down.
4. A second Red Dragon was still flying there.
5. We killed all enemies, but the room was still locked with the flying dragon.
6. I suggested we all use /return to reset the room.
7. The Main Tank was unable to use it, as the 2nd Dragon was targeting him.
8. MT logs out, which clears and resets room.
9. We restart room, which carries on like normal for the rest of the raid.
10. The tank who left logs back in. No issues.
This was not just on my end. It affected everyone in the raid.
Evidence:
I also took this video of it with the help of the PS4 recording.

Possible explanation:
Now, I'm not sure if this is what it was, but it's something I've noticed.
If you look at 0:45 on the video, the Dragon flies off with it's fire attack. At the same time, we had killed the remaining enemies that were there. Upon those enemies deaths, the dragon does the a fire attack again, and lands, or at least, is supposed to.
What it looks like happened was the dragon did the fire attack randomly as we killed the enemies, and the game registered that was the transition for the dragon landing, which is why one landed. When the dragon does the attack randomly while flying though, it returns in the same flying spot. I think the bug was that the random fire attack that the dragon was timed with where the transition spot (where the dragon lands) takes place. The Dragon landed, but because the fire attack was based on the random attack, the dragon also appeared back in its flying position.
Again, this was just my observation. It could be wrong.
