    Bartenders?

    I see people with this for show NPCs that act as bartenders, where do you get one?

    That would be the item, repair and material vendor NPCs you can get for the house - they're added like any other furniture by purchasing a vendor license and then adding them to the desired location. The amount of vendor NPCs you can have in your house is determined by your house's size though - a small for instance can only hold two vendor NPCs.

    These are not repair or material vendors. They don't even have names above their heads. Just random NPCs that stand there.

    They don't have any name unless it's your own FC's house. Otherwise, SE has them setup like the backdrop NPCs spread throughout the world.

    Those are still vendor npcs. You can't see their names or use them of you aren't in the FC that houses them.
