Just had a friend use a recruitment code to get the game, they purchased it, money has been withdrawn from their bank account, but there is no registration email or confirmation email anywhere in their email inbox. And yes, we've checked spam. Many times.

SE should really address this because honestly, it's been happening since before the recruit a friend things, and the fact that it is taking payment without actually providing product now is really bs. They are sending a ticket to support.

It does usually take 24-48 hours for someone to respond, but hopefully we'll figure something out because it looks like the email literally isn't sending from our end.
