    No registration email?

    I was doing the "recruit-a-friend", and we were purchasing the game to add a subscription on for her. But after buying the game, and it's been 7-8 hours now after since we slept on it, there still has been no registration/confirmation email. Not even from the support when I emailed them as well shortly after. It hasn't even taken money out of the bank yet. I'm really confused on if I should try repurchasing it? She checked the order history on her account, and it says the order there. Just no order number or anything else. What do we do?

    Be sure to check ur spam folders on email if u have them alot of my email end up in the spam folder.If nothing there might have to give them a call

    Nothing in Spam. We've been avidly checking them both and to no avail, for both the registration code and the support message. :/

    Just had a friend use a recruitment code to get the game, they purchased it, money has been withdrawn from their bank account, but there is no registration email or confirmation email anywhere in their email inbox. And yes, we've checked spam. Many times.

    SE should really address this because honestly, it's been happening since before the recruit a friend things, and the fact that it is taking payment without actually providing product now is really bs. They are sending a ticket to support.

    It does usually take 24-48 hours for someone to respond, but hopefully we'll figure something out because it looks like the email literally isn't sending from our end.
