    I noticed you're playing on a JP server. Are you queuing with only E selected for language? Based on the time of your post you were queueing in the middle of JP prime time on a Saturday night so there's no way you should have been getting those queue times. Unfortunately being on a primarily JP Data Center you won't get anywhere if you don't queue with at least J clicked. Clicking all languages doesn't hurt either. Are you Oceanic? I don't recall Ultima server being a big Aussie/NZ server either.

    Yeah, I'm an aussie. Had a plan to move here with a few friends but those plans all fell through, but by then I'd already leveled my character up quite a way and didn't want to reroll and restart a third time so I stayed here.
