Auto sort Feature "Stack items"

It be nice if they could add a auto sort that would also Stack all your items. In FFXI we use this to stack let's say you had item A "x5" but also other "x2" you auto sort and it would stack them together and make "x7"

Right now the only way to do this is to put all your item in the NPC and take them out which is a pain. I hoping they can try and add this for patch 1.20 it be a nice to have a good auto sort.

Yep no one yet post anything about this so i guess i'll start it myself. I like to see this around 1.20 or even 1.21. It be a new feature to have. Having to go to your npc and make everything stack is a pain when doing DOL i have 20 of copper but it's not even a full stack so i have to go back to npc and then go and do my mining.

I support this idea! Everytime I have like 99 and 76 of Tin Ores for example, if I accidentally use the 99 stack and make it 23, I have to do one of these:

• Give and Take a Tin Ore stack to a Retainer
• Insert a Tin Ore stack in the Bazaar and re-take it
• Trade someone to have it back

in order to have only one stack of 99.
It would be great if the Sort button would do this job for us, like going "Sort off" and then "Sort on" and have your stacks refreshed.

yes! i've noticed this strange sorting behavior since forever. i could be mistaken but it seems like when you craft an item and there's two stacks of a material it will sometimes take from the full stack, making it 98 or whatever.

Heck yes this would be nice. I don't like how some of my mats don't auto resort when I pull from one of them for some reason.
