ah! i do see what is being said now. but personally can't think of any good solution or compromise, though. something like what C0mb says may work. but i think hunting 5 B ranks daily is too much. we also wouldn't want the easier marks to be completely replaced. just append the B rank to the current bills. and remove the B ranks from the weekly, or leave them it really would be fine. if left on the weekly slot, maybe give A's and S's a slightly higher chance to be the weekly. also 50 seals per day is awesome, but way too much. so the B rank would have to give less seals, for the daily bill that is.
