    Now because I have over 200 ACC and never miss a shot I don't need the ACC from Eternal Shade. The +4 ATK does a lot more in terms of DPS.

    Also STR adds nothing to WS or Light Shot past maybe 100 allotment points (or is too small to notice atm) and the same goes for DEX and ACC. Once they fix the stats in 1.19 that min/max set might change but atm it's 100% accurate.
    What is your stat distribution at the moment?

    with allocated points + gear + stat changing traits I have 174 STR 80 DEX and 110 VIT. (i think) Playing BF3 Alpha atm so can't check XD
