/Huzzah Emote animation broken for Roegadyn M

Basically the emote breaks on the middle of the third "Hurray". The weapon teleports back to its unsheathed place and the animation stops abruptly. Specially notorious with book weapons.

1. Be a Roegadyn M (Sea Wolf 75% Size Slider on my case)
2. Do /Huzzah
3. Watch it break mid-way.

The issue is not client-only since I had FC-mates confirm that it looks broken on their end when I perform it in front of them.
