Also I think it's hillarious how many people are getting their panties in a twist over this. Is SE really "Screwing over" 2 classes because this downright AMAZING gear has not been discovered within a week of the patch going live?

Most of us "hardcore" players walked into that dungeon less than an hour after servers went up, wiped over and over again trying to "figure out" the dungeon. For what?

I then proceeded to post a "how to" to the casuals.

More of a letdown for all the work I have done than a complaint about the lack of information.

So because you can't figure out the last chest within a week of the patch being released your sad? Man I remember when things took months to figure out, hell we didn't know some stuff in XI we just speculated that was how it went.

I remember crafting facing SW, on firesday, during the new moon, checked my tidal charts, prayed to heavens tower, made sure it was raining, flipped upside down, decided to eat my 4 leaf mandragora bud.

and still got crap for skillups, and the devs never once said "This is how shit works"

Lets make 1 thing clear, I didn't post anything about being "sad" for not being able to figure out the chest riddle.

Most of us, after exhausting nearly 50+hours into this godforsaken puzzle, are wondering if it is AT ALL possible.

We don't want the answer, we want to ENSURE IT WORKS before we put in another 100 hours.

lol so true. People used to say that a full moon increased item drop rate. I tested that theory out as a THF many times and could never get any evidence to support it. I'm pretty sure Square never said anything about the moon affecting drop rates. It was frustrating in some ways but it did keep things interesting.
