Well I kinda rerolled when I resubbed a month or 2 ago so im still leveling pretty much everything.

To OP; if the only thing keeping you playing is the promise of more content ... why remain subbed? Id just quit and come back when 2.4 or 2.38 releases. I think taking a break from something youre obviously burned out on (playing for gear rather than entertainment, and a cynical view of other players) might freshen things up for you when you return.

Because there are a ton of new players stepping foot in Eorzea, someone has to help them. That and I enjoy rping with friends along with many other things. If you don't want to play anymore just cancel your sub. People are talking like this game is 5+ years old when it's not. (I'm not counting 1.0 since that's basically a completely different game).

I play cause i love the game and the people i play with.

Has been here since beta but still has tons of stuff to do so im not going to get bored anytime soon.

Heh, I can relate to this. I'm going through a ruff patch myself. I started playing MMO's again recently because I suddenly had, uhh, "lots of time" on my hand, heh. I trialed a few different games and landed on this one. I just like it, not sure why. I see all the flaws to a fault, and theres a lot of things I'm like "man, why can't they just add chat bubbles? why can't I do a search in my inventory, arg!" but overall, this game has a good feel to it and thus warrants my sub for a few months. I've also met good peeps and in a cool FC that helps. I know its not healthy, but I find the countless hours of grind to be slightly medicating. It's just a fun escape without hurting myself (ie drugs, etc)

There's nothing better out there at the moment. Tried wildstar and ESO and both pretty much sucked, didn't want to go back to RIFT, Wow or swtor, yup so I'm pretty much here. Not to mention some parts of the game are really fun.

im not sure actually :/ like ive been playingntitan ex' lvl 107 beat it 6 months ago. why is titan ex still this hard? i mean sure, after every fight i usually forget 2/3 of the fight but i tried titan 3 times the last 2 days and it was embarrasing. first one heals were dying so second (cause i try and play better than i am since my guys geared) run im covering and ss ing to help now im dying. 3rd run all bad too. on every run we make it far first run, after 3 tries though i cant pay attention, idk y, by fifthor sixth try with a group i go from being only guy not getting hit to the biggest loser. i just feel if it were more like cod, insta queus, it might help lower teir players like me without a good non laggy raid' help us enjoy the game. i mean t7? that shits rough. havent beat t5 in months etc, idc if it gave me a title that said i suck' give me an easy mode so i can play. im old, hitting 3 buttons in under 2 seconds is hard
