I think black listed people cannot join your run I believe, I read this some where and can you even black list in duty?

Well right clicked did not seen nothing option to blacklist to person i is form other server.
And kick=Kick person should not be allowed to join the same party again wanted very long 45 mins in que.
Thing loved world of warcraft is that didn't deal with issue once kicked or left form party you cannot return to same party
Even while only short time find more easy to use even look a moba's report option person can get banned for Duty finder for been unskilled/troll.
I don't mind new players that learning actually asking what do try there best this just troll no brain person that wasted my time

Can't blacklist across servers. Most of the time when you get thrown in a duty finder party, the other members are from other servers. I would really appreciate if SE did what Blizzard did and prevented kicked people from ending up back in the same group, as OP mentions.

I am sure SE is aware of it probably fix it later down the road or something.
