Seekers are very different, being a very patriarchal culture with a very different structure. For Seekers, they always have a letter and an apostrophe in front of their name. This indicates which tribe they belong(ed) to. The second part of the male's names indicates their position within the tribe. There are only two positions: Nunh and Tia.

Nunh means he is the alpha male, only the Nunh is allowed to mate with the other females. He earns this right by beating all of the other males and being dominate and wise among all other things. Being a Nunh is pretty tough.

Tia is every other male who isn't the dominate male. So for example a name could be:

U'Terin Tia which translates to "subordinate Terin of the U' tribe"

Each of the letters also have their own meanings and translations. You can find those around the net. I think you should use an actual Eorzean name. They put a lot of effort into writing those naming conventions.
