Is their a quick way to deny a friend request?

So today on midgard a new rmt popped up in Uldah. He sends you a /tell and friend request at the same time then logs out so you can't blacklist him. He has been doing this for over an hour now despite my several reports.Why they would make it so you can't blacklist someone unless they are logged in is rediculous. So like the thread says is thier a quick way to deny and blacklist because to deny by clicking the bubble then click the name then click decline then try to blacklist takes longer then for him to instantly log out since he is in a city.
