Server/time info disappears when /focustarget

Steps:
1. Check no focustarget is on, server info and clock are visible on the UI
2. /focustarget on any target, player, pet, minion, monster, npc, and server/time info disappears
3. un-focustarget and the server/time info is back on
4. Does not matter if in duty, open world, party or solo, server/time info will disappear whenever something is focustargeted

This is working as intended. "The focus target function has now been added to the PlayStation®3 version of the game.
* Server info and the EXP bar will not be visible while using the focus target function in the PlayStation®3 version." They needed to hide those UI elements to free up memory for the focus target bar.
