Leveling classes other than main

If I have one complaint about the game, it is the leveling of jobs after the main story. It is a shame that there isn't a way to 'replay' the campaign after you hit 50 to help the leveling proses a bit.

But fates give more exp then story quest it self, I don't know why people expect leveling there second class to 50 in 2 days.

I am not saying they should expect that. All I would like is perhaps a bit more structure when it came to leveling other classes. That is probably just me though.
