Did I break the rules somehow? Or is it really that bad?

I worked three days (almost non-stop) on my video contest entry...I fought with constant crashing, losing data and video errors.

So I apologize if it comes off as bold or selfish that I'm a little upset at not making the list. A lot of the winning entries were a LOT better than mine (Especially this one...probably my favorite lol), of that I can agree. But some...I don't really agree with. I wont point fingers because that's rude...but...it's kind of heartbreaking...

I just wish I knew what was wrong with my entry...

Well...either way, I guess the only thing I can do is try my best for the next one ._.; lol while making mine though it was kind of fun running up to my friends going "Hey! Could you target me Really quick!?" (For the scene where they look at the camera) lol they were all like "Wut?"

Just because you didn't make this list, doesn't mean anything is wrong. Your video looks good to me, you did a great job. Don't feel bad, be happy with your work.

Agreed on that. You'd really only use it so much (and in that specific style and manner) if it's following some sort of rhythm or song. I liked it otherwise. It had a lot of personal footage, rather than something that involved 99% in-game cutscenes like some others.

It can be disheartening to lose when you put your heart into something you felt good about but don't let the defeat punish you.

Look at the experience, remember the passion felt behind it and push even further next time always aiming to do better than the last.

I believe you got hit with incomplete entry. Missing a 1 year anniversary message in your submission email. My just be my interpretation of it. The video was very well put together.

Sorry to hear that From my point of view, yours look pretty good. But honestly, I think it's the screening team where it went a tad bit wrong. I can't remember clearly but there was this event before, I think it was the FC video event where you had to make a video too and this one FC won by literally ripping the cutscene when you enter Haukke Manor followed by their FC name at the end.

Keep your chin up and just try again next time! You'll get it next time
