Cannot reach login screen

My account has been fine until today when I try yo play on the PS4. When I open the game, after the Updater/Launcher message, the prologue music starts to play and then I get the meesage: You have signed out of "PSN". Please sign in again to play FINAL FANTASY: A Realm Reborn.

I quit the application and I am signed in to PSN. Also, my wife is able to play on PS3 without ptoblems, so it's not my connection. The PS4 is connected via cable not wireless. I tried signning out and back in from the PSN and the same message consistently. I haven't once being able to reach the login screen. And also tried restarting router and PS4.

The only weird thing is that when I turned the PS4 on, it asked me for my login info and I put it in. That didn't happen before.

Has anyone encountered this problem? What can I do to fix this?

I fixed it. I play via remote play with my PSP Vita. My FFXIV account was logged in, but the PSP vita account wasn't. I use a second account so I can use the PS4 controller. I logged into the FFXIV account, but the PSP Vita account wasn't logged in. I logged with it and now I can access. If this happens to someone (most likely wont), at least there's a post that shows how to fix it.
