What to do while waiting for a Frontlines queue?

This is not a complaint thread, but an honest discussion/opinion situation.

I'm honestly just wondering, what do people do while queueing for Frontlines?

I'm Maelstrom, so I almost always have 30 minute wait times.

You can't have your chocobo out. You can't be in a party of any kind unless the full party is willing to do Frontlines and in the same GC as you, which basically rules out hunting.

I know you can craft, but I am really not into crafting. I know you can do Fates.

But, what other options are there besides standing around in Mor Dhona or one of the other cities?

You can do beast tribe quests.
Leve quests, if you don't mind losing an allowance if the queue pops.
You didn't say you dislike gathering, so there's that. I'm working on my fishing log during queues, currently.

That's just a few things off the top of my head, there's other options I'll leave for other people to add!

Beast tribe quests. I've actually never done those. I probably should pick a few tribes and start because I have actually become so bored waiting for FL queues, that I've started doing Fates for Atma. That's how bored I am LOL.

I do atma, as I still haven't finished mine. Sometimes I craft, but I can't really do any expensive crafts because then I risk missing out when a match pops up.

Queues are very short for me, though, so usually it's annoying to do anything because it pops up very shortly in the middle of doing something. So sometimes I just stand around while I browse the internet.

I have a Novus and Animus already. Don't have the Atma for another weapon, though I have been doing Fates and gotten 2 Atma so far. Don't own a PS4 yet. LOL

Currently in a que for 50+ minutes and the average wait time is said to be 17 minutes.
Sigh.

What I do is bring my controller with me (Ps4 ftw) while I'm online or playing a PC game. There is almost nothing to do in game to pass time if you dislike DoH/DoL classes.
