Grand Company Leve not popping

The Grand Company Leve, "If you put it that way", is not popping in Whitebrim. I speak with Lodille and look under Immortal Flames, and it is not there. I have done up to 30 leves in the last 2 days, 25 the first day, trying to get it to pop. I tried varies different methods.

I have tried holding Leves to make sure it pops. I have tried doing leves of the same type from other companies. Nothing seems to make it pop.

Please fix. I need this to finish my ATMA book, and I'm at 1569 tomes. Which means I'm waiting to buy another book.
