When Making an ATMA Farming Group...

Alrighty, so I'm wanting to start really grinding to get my ATMA down and out of the way! To date, I've only done a couple hours worth of FATES on my own and have been lucky enough to get 2 so far.

One thing I've noticed is it seems to take a fairly long time since I'm trying to do it solo. FATEs always go by MUCH faster when in a party, so I've decided to try and join some ATMA hunting parties. Well, I've had pretty bad luck ever being online when there are any in PF. So I thought I'd try setting my own up! And here's where my question comes in:

When I make an ATMA hunting party, is there any rhyme or reason I need to follow? Since I'd be the leader, I wasn't sure if there was any sort of "norm" when it comes to grinding the FATES for ATMAs. Should I try to do them in a certain order in a given area, for example? Once I get my Atma, am I obligated to stay and wait for the others, or can I hand leadership to someone else and go about my merry way to another area?

Just don't want to try this and get yelled at for doing it the "incorrect" way!

Not really, but you could make it a alexandrite and chocobo farming party as well, if there is room for chocobos.
There is nothing in particular that is required, just ask the party if they had a specific area they would like.
