There's a difference between comprehension and offering advice that contradicts plans - I was fully aware what the OP stated.

You should state that you knew it. "Even though you said you don't want to use soldiery for smn, consider this:..." to avoid all this mess. Unless you like wasting your posts for that kinda thing, then sure, please continue.

As for OP: Yes I'd advice for Tidal Wave bok cause it has det and acc (if I remember right) and if you have complete 110i set already for blm, you're mostlikely going to be short on acc just the amount the book would give. And because the estimate % of your pet gives to your dps is 30 (so I have heard) not hitting acc cap can highly reduce your overall dps, because as stated already by someone: food bonus doesn't effect pets
