Just curious, why do you refer to the primal weapons as 3.5 star? They are listed as 3-star, have the same requirements as typical 3-star items, and also have the same difficulty as typical 3-star items. Do these take an extra Piece-by-Piece or something like the augmented items do or what am I missing here? Thanks![]()
You know what's so overpowered in this game, that they just HAD to leave out?
-Buffing during cutscenes.
-Pets receiving the Protect buff.
-A blacklist with more than a 200 player capacity.
-Filtering the flying text for your own numbers.
-A better way to organize and sort through your macros.
The i95's are considerably more difficult due to the fact that all but the mog weapons are elementally aspected and the fact that the majority of the mats that go into them are NQ-only. This means you're stuck with a situation similar to the full NQ recipe for Terminus Putty, but with the added bonus of half progress and 10 million gil mats.
Thanks, you beat me to my edit lol! I had just discovered, since it's aspected and/or ilvl95, it messes with Ingenuity II and its progress. BUT, just to confirm, three Piece-by-Piece and four Careful Synthesis II under Ingenuity II should complete the craft, correct? And for augmented items, all it takes is one extra Piece-by-Piece, correct? From what I understand, it doesn't have to be under Ingenuity II. I don't really know how many extra PbP it takes, but regardless of how many, the fact that it takes at least one more is a significant enough change to require an altered rotation. So, it's relevant when talking about rotations whether we're talking about normal three star items, or the Primal weapons, which I was calling 3.5 star for this reason.
And yeah, Piece by Piece is not effected by Ingenuity, since it's a flat amount of progress (exactly 1/3rd of what's left).
