    Lodestone / Invalid token password

    Issue started just today. I can log in the game with my physical security token with no issue. I try to log in the lodestone site and when it asks for my token password it kicks me to the squareenix account management site and asks for my token password again. However, it still continues to find my token password invalid.

    I've had this issue too, you may want to just give it some time. Probably just being weird. If anything, you can contact the support center and they can resynch it, or remove it if it's broken.

    If they do remove it, you should totally get the Software Token on the phone, it's a lot more convenient.

    I'm having the same issue since early morning around 8AM. Its now 3PM. Problem fixed. Just like Joelvelez said. Get in contact with support center. I got it fix with the chat line. Just make sure you have all your account details.
