Beastman Dailies not Reseting

On 8/26/14 I did my usual Ixal beastman dailies like usual, no issues. I did this around 6pm EST. I completed six quests with them, so there are no more quests in my log. On 8/27 I log in around 6pm EST as well, and my dailies have not reset. The Ixal offer some quests, but the quest givers say I still have 0/6 beastman dailies remaining. I did not do any other beastman quests during this day. The Ehcatl Nine Delivery quest timer also did not reset.

Anyway, I chocked this up to a bug, and went about my business. So, I log in today, 8/28/14, also around 6pm, and my dailies still have not reset. This is a big issue because I would like to be able to do my new Ixal dailies, but cannot since my allowance of beastman dailies is not resetting.

Did you complete the delivery quest?
I think it counts as one of the daily quests and you cannot get more until you complete that one.

Yes sir, I do not have any beast men dailies in my quest log. When you go to delivery quest for ixal in the timers page, it says not available, and has said that the past two days.

Even after you switch to crafter? you know they ignore DoW and DoM players...

Yes, I'm fully aware. When I talk to them it says I have zero beast man dailies left for my limit of 6 but I hadn't done a single one. Again, the delivery quest has been stuck on not available like it does when it's on cool down. Basically, think of how everything looks after you have finished your dailies for the day. Then, instead of everything reseting like normal the next day, it still looks like you have finished everything for the day, except you didn't get to do anything.

I'm not even sure if a 'completed' beastman quest would be listed in the journal like you are thinking, is it even remotely possible that you completed a quest for a different tribe, but forgot to go get the reward? Such a thing would indeed prevent a reset. I know, I have done it before.

RE: Indulge us- go to Sylphs, Amaljaa, Kobold and Sahagin tribes just to be sure. In person, don't just look from afar on the map.

I'm having the same problem here. It's been over 24 hours since I completed all six of my daily quests, but it says my remaining allowances is zero when I speak to the daily quest givers.

EDIT: I just checked my quest log and found I forgot to turn in the logging daily quest. Abandoning the quest seems to have fixed the issue. I can now pick up new dailies.
