    Square Enix global and NA bug made wrong my ID

    I asked a solution for my nickname i asked for example Alvarodrak and the 1st months of this game there was a lot of errors and bugs and the system register my nick Alvarodrak with Alvarodrak8 (again all examples). And when i was for any solution, ticket guy said me that "their solution" is tell me that is not possible, that is a solution.... really?

    Why are you complaining about something that cannot be done? It's not like he's going to lie to you. Maybe you should have just made a new account instead of complaining about it in the first place. Besides, the members accounts are useless unless you're buying something from the store.

    I'm complining because i CAN COMPLAIN. What is your problem. If you are the kind of people who prefer to shut up good. Good luck with that...

    Im asking something fair for something wrong who made Square at the moment of registering my acc. I asked for that in the 1st month of that i played this and they never responded... its suppose that now their game is fixed. But now i find that their procedures to solve an customer complain is so limited. You Square dont even have a scaling ticket system... that kind of CRM you give to your customers?
