    Flickering/shimmering - getting desperate! Help!

Hello. It's mostly, like the title suggests, shadows, foliage, walls, stairs and random objects.

Here is my rig: geforce gtx 770
    intel core i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40 GHz
    8gb ram
    windows 7 64 bit home

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DoCyHEBwQDY

Here's an example. In the loading screen, look at the chair. Ignore the rest of the video. And sorry for the quality, but the problem is very visible in any case.

I would also like to add that I've tried the NVIDIA inspector, sweetFX and yes, my drivers are all up to date (340.52).

    Is my card broken?

EDIT: BETTER EXAMPLES: (notice the desperate people with no solutions): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlg4C0_3fUM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uzff...ature=youtu.be

That does sound like it may be a graphics issue, maybe RAM. You should try doing a stress test, and maybe contact the manufacturer to see if they can explain the issue a little more. Good luck!

Hmm, looks like screen tearing to my eyes, could you enable Vsync and see if it remedies anything?

I enabled V-sync through the NVIDIA control panel, nothing happens. And yes, I am playing in fullscreen. Still the same shimmering. I am outside of the first town of "Ul'dah" and it's a great place to try this, 'cause there's a lot of foliage. I am currently trying to shift things with the NVIDIA inspector, but I can't seem to fix it. I also tried forcing it through the inspector.
