    The bonus for all beastmen being maxed looks like additional sidequests are opened up with a minion as a reward or added to the vendor. I'm three ranks on ixal from finding out though.

    Yes the Allied Beast Tribe Story...

    It about the Beast Tribe Leaders forming a Alliance with each other after our character has helped resolve all of their Beast Tribe Storylines.
