Don't worry about the ranks as much as the monster type. I was able to solo a r37 Pygmy Dormouse with my r25 con (with all my armor at 0%) and I only got like 170sp..... but killing r32 beastmen (who were easier, I'll have you know) gave my 300sp

So it is not all rank.

Heres a chart of base SP. Some values may be different for 1.18, but its still very useful. To calculate SP:

Final SP = Base SP * D-LVL modifier * party# modifier

I highly reccommend you read this. Its a blog post by the one who made the SP chart. Its very informative.

From what I've seen, the D-LVL and party# modifiers are still the same in 1.18.

Now that mobs are pretty standard on sp, all that matters is they are within a level range you feel comfortable with, they give you sp you are comfortable with, and they don't do nasty tp attacks you can't survive. many of his camps were well known pre-patch 1.18. Now its a matter of preference, like i'd rather not go to the grass raptor camp, cause finding a full 8 party of 40s to go there, plus there fire is so lame. I'll go kill gobs at that same level range now, and I'll even tell people where they are, they are by the Maws of Toto Rak, opposite side of silent arbor, good if you have dd power. 300 sp a mob and easy to kill, good for light party. People may not like my camp, say it gives gimp sp, but I still put it out there so someone can try it. Saying these camps are lame, and I'm not going to give you my camps cause i'm a selfish b**** is just lame, gtfo.


edit: that crab camp zen is talking about is super legit, we're in the same ls, but in multiple parties we've gotten people from 11-20 in a couple hours right there at that crab camp. I won't even do guildleves at that level now its so ruined. By multiple I mean different parties, I got my archer personally from 11-20 there I think in 4 or so hours, the sp may be less than it was pre patch 1.18 but there are so many spawns there it is quite easy.

[45-50] Dezmael Darkhold (Good luck with that)! (Full PT).

It's sad, Darkhold is probably the best 45-50 SP in the game, but people are so obsessed with rewards that its R50 ONRY.

I really wish they had made an easier, 4-player Darkhold that was more accessible to people just wanting to get SP post 45 - which is now extremely tedious. They could have removed the loot entirely, I'm just tired of Ixali and Raptors.

i agree with you.. i know how you feel I am at that point where even though it was my second time at raptors... I felt it was tedious.

Rath is the only rational person left in this thread, OP made an honest effort to put forth some help. Of course he is going to turn sour when it's instantly met with ridicule. It doesn't matter if he did it with internet research or farming the mobs himself.

30-36: Blind Efts @ Mistbeard Cove (light party... or full party at lower levels)
They give about 300+ SP per kill and die fast. Sleep is important in this room. The spawn rate is a little erratic, ranging from insanely fast to having 1- or 2-minute pauses between bouts of pops. My LS thinks it has something to do with how fast you kill them, but we can't explain why you get a few fast pops, a short lull, a lot of fast pops, another lull, etc. During a lull, we hit the tunnels for some quick SP (puddings, eyes, and spiders).

Btw, I suggest reorganizing your list by breaking it into categories by group size (solo, duo/trio, light party, & full party), then sort by level.

Glad to see this forum flourishing guys! Keep it up!! Whenever I get the chance I'll do what I can for this post, however majority of the camps I use seem to be mentioned already ;D
