Mini Mole

Im just curious if anyone has experienced this or if its been posted on the bugs section, but tonight while doing the delivery quests I went back to where the postmaster was to pick up Thwack a mole and the little moogle was nowhere to be found.

There's a different sidequest that needs to be done to unlock that quest, have you done it yet?
