For an Animus FATE, it shouldn't take 5 hours (or even the better part of a day) for a required FATE to spawn....1-2 hour tops (but even that's too much).

funny thing, I saw this FATE twice last night (completed it once), while I was waiting for Circle of the Tempered to popup for my daily.
i was waiting on this one last night! a guildmate needed book of pride, so we were camping that..and after a quick gardua and titan Hm for someone who needed their first relic..taken popped! i was so excited. then right as that finished, book of pride popped! we had a very productive night.
now..Tower of power..which i've seen 1 time ever..
Same with "taste of fear" someone in Coerthas was moaning that giant saps never spawns, I counted 6 spawns of giant saps over 0 for ToF
i didn't realize that i'd done taste of fear several times, i remember fighting that giant croc! i didn't remember the name for the life of me. Anything in the highlands is a big waiting game, either you camp..or you clear everything else..which only helps those who camped.
I've never seen Tower of Power, ever. Just never seen it period. That fate and Taken are the reasons I'm not getting Animus.
They should either increase the spawn time or give us something other then fates to do. This game feels more like Fate Fantasy ARR.
And Bump and Grind. Quenching the Flame and Fallen Corpses Writhe in Style spawn way too much just waiting for over an hour just for a fate daily hunt kill.
I'm not sure how reliable this info is but, from my experience waiting for this fate 3 times (working on 3rd animus weapon), I've notice there is this manually triggered fate nearby that you escort to little ala mhigo. I've seen people activate it for no reason whatsoever while waiting. But of all the 3 times that people ignored that fate, taken popped shortly after. So I dont know if the two fates are related in any way, but it might be worth a shot to ignore the fate. that pops nearby (dont even activate it) and see what happens.
