No, not possible. You can just mess up mechanics, eg in T7

That's the 7th turn in Coil (8 man raid). It has mechanics where you can accidentally petrify your teammates if you make an error

Divebombs in T5 also come close to friendly fire. Surprise your team mates

Forgot which dungeon it was..but I think when she sings, it can make you auto attack your teammate. I've had a friend nearly kill me that way..

Pretty sure its Sirius, our healer was the one in my run.

Actually there is certain enemies like Syren from Pharos Syrius for instance that cast a certain spell that will cause yourself or others to attack team mates, actually pretty funny when it happens.
Other then that yes there is no friendly fire

Siren and Avatar are the only two that I can recall that actively make you hit your team mates. There is no "friendly fire" in this game except status ailments that force you to auto-attack team mates.
