I managed to do some tests here with the help of a friend, and found that Western La Noscea is completely bugged for me, I cannot access it via ship or Teleport. All other places seem to be working fine. It has to be something new to the map upon reaching lv25 Marauder, possibly a new quest? I've done plenty of things there until then with no issues.

EDIT: I also tried reducing graphics and removing equips to teleport, none worked.
