    Come on Square. Can't use my card, can't buy crysta. My two retainers are locked and my 3 mil is frozen. Very frustrating.
    If you're using a phone or something, use a computer. Use internet explorer. Sometimes Chrome/Safari gives issues
    As for getting that error, be sure to use you are using ULTIMATEPAY!

    If not, then definitely give the support center a call on Monday. Or even your bank!

    No, I am not using a phone but a computer. I've tried Firefox. Even with internet explorer(never again, crappy browser), it gives me the same errors and stuff.

    I can't get to UltimatePay. That is the whole point. Crysta amount and then payment options - it gives me the error when choosing the Crysta amount. I can't even get to the payment page.

    I wont be calling them unless I /have/ to. What you may not know is I live in New Zealand so the call charge is going to be freaking insane. If I can even /find/ a number.
