    Unable to purchase retainers

    Hi there. I've just resubbed as I didn't have enough in there when it was payment time, and then I realized I had to repurchase my retainers. Okay, no problem there. Got the sub back up and running and then went to do the retainers and that was where I hit my problem. After going through it all, I get to the page of 'unable to very credit card/debit card information. Please make sure you've registered your details correctly'

    Well. They were correctly registered as I had just done the sub payment. Everything is correct, it just won't allow me the retainers.

    Make matters worse, all my gil I ended up storing on the retainer that I purchase monthly -sigh-

    What can I do so that I can get the payment and get my two additional retainers back?

    I suggest adding Crysta, but doing it through UltimatePay. You can do that by going to the account management site (account.square-enix.com), logging in, clicking the "Add Square Enix Crysta" option in the top left, and then choosing your Crysta amount. The payment option UltimatePay shows up below the one that says "Credit/Debit Card"

    If it doesn't show up, you may want to make sure you're using Internet Explorer or FireFox

    Heya, will try that either tonight or tomorrow, thank you though, for giving me an alternative. It's a pain, having to do it separate but, if it works, I'll be glad to do it. Will let you know how things go

    It says, after getting the amount of Crysta: ERROR (11000)
    A technical issue has occurred.
    Try accessing the site again. If the issue still has not been resolved, please contact the Square Enix Support Centre.

    Come on Square. Can't use my card, can't buy crysta. My two retainers are locked and my 3 mil is frozen. Very frustrating.

    Have sent in a ticket to support. If this cannot get sorted then I'm gonna have to say goodbye retainers

    If you're using a phone or something, use a computer. Use internet explorer. Sometimes Chrome/Safari gives issues
    As for getting that error, be sure to use you are using ULTIMATEPAY!

    If not, then definitely give the support center a call on Monday. Or even your bank!

    No, I am not using a phone but a computer. I've tried Firefox. Even with internet explorer(never again, crappy browser), it gives me the same errors and stuff.

    I can't get to UltimatePay. That is the whole point. Crysta amount and then payment options - it gives me the error when choosing the Crysta amount. I can't even get to the payment page.

    I wont be calling them unless I /have/ to. What you may not know is I live in New Zealand so the call charge is going to be freaking insane. If I can even /find/ a number.

    Thanks for your help and I'm sorry if it seems I'm snappy at you. I'm not, honestly. I appreciate you taking the time out to give some help
