I'm suggesting the ranged classes have a way to see how much ammo we have via UI. The only thing I thought of was adding it to the light shot icon. New ideas are welcome.
If there is. A way, and I'm simply missing it, please share![]()

SE Please Add Machinist As A Pet Job. Musketeer/Machinist = Puppetmaster With A Gun.
This would be most useful
Good idea now I kinda want this in XI too! Also could be applied to all of the consumable items.
"Seif eats a pie 8 pies left in the inventory"
Rather than be a message in the text log, it'd be nice to have a small number in the bottom left of the light shot icon on the action bar.
I am all for a way of showing how much ammo you have left without having to go into your inventory/gear menu

Yes please! I would love to see how many arrows I have left without having to go to inv!

+1 to this thread

Good call.
In addition, I'd like to see selecting "Refill" to open a menu above the line (or below, I spose, depending on where you have it positioned) of the action bar to show all current arrow stacks within your inventory so you can switch loadout without going into passive mode. Even if, as a starting point, they re-use the sort of menu that opens when you click the Consumable Items icon in the bottom right.
Ideally, though, it would show as a small bar flush to the top or bottom of the Refill icon, that you scroll through horizontally, to keep in sync with the rest of the functionality of the action bar.
Or! New idea - you click Refill, which quickly overlays your action bar with the arrow types in your inventory. Each slot shows one stack with the stack size displayed on the icon. The tool tip can then be used to give the item text. So, re-using existing game assets to increase Archer functionality. You could then go in the direction (which was advertised in the original Archer description) that they use the right arrow for the right job.

I played archer once and I was already concerned about how to know how much arrows you consume. Rejoice for a good a idea has been stated!
