    what is the best time to transfer to Tonberry? Please help me T.T

    Since yesterday, I've tried to transfer to Tonberry. but it said that this process was Unable to transfer at this time.

    What is the best time to transfer to Tonberry? Is it Correlated with "Character Creation Restrictions"?

    Transfer during the off-peak hours. That is during the morning for the Asian times. Doing it before you go to work should be fine if you live at a region with +8 to +10gmt.
