After passing on the first item from Syrcus Tower, I was locked from rolling again on any other items after that. I looked at the Duty Finder to confirm and it also said I received my weekly item. After going through my inventory many times, I can confirm I received no drops from Syrcus Tower - but I was locked from rolling any item.
