    Main Character Stuck On Loading North Shroud

    Hi,

    My scholar is stuck when teleporting to North Shroud. Crashed on loading. The weird thing is I tried using 2 different computer with 2 different final fantasy xiv A realm reborn data and both crashed. Tried different internet on both computer to no avail. I was able to load on other character. Only my main character Scholar in the server Titan are affected. Please help..

    You may want to try power cycling your modem/router. By that I mean turn everything off for about 15 minutes, and then turn it all back on. After that, try logging in. If that doesn't do the trick, contact your ISP and have them help you out with forwarding the ports for the game. The ports are TCP 54992-54994, 55006-55007,55021-55040

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply. However, i don't think it's the internet problem. My "roomate" have a whole different ISP (TPG and Telstra) and a whole different ffxiv data crashed as well when i try logging in my scholar. So the problem lies within the character.

    Other character on different server i had, have no problem. My "roomate" character who is in the same server had no problem as well.

    I would try it anyway! And if that doesn't work, try contacting the support center with your character information (character name, server, time it happened, etc), they may be able to have someone look in to it.

    I am having the same issue on Excalibur. Tried logging into another character on same server different zone and had no issues. It seems there's an issue with North Shroud....

    No response ingame from ticket submitted requesting to move my character. I've tried logging in from 3 PCs with no luck.
    Other characters work fine. GM Staff, can I please get help ingame?

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that.. I know what you're feeling right now . So I've tried resetting my modem. The problem still there. I've tried to contact on the Square Enix Support Centre and they kind of weird. I sent 2 email and they reply me with something that doesn't make sense.

    Sent Another ticket to GM and told them that i had sent 2 email before that. the GM staff sent me back to the support centre and they are now investigating the problem.
