    Long shot, but have you checked your quest log to make sure all previous tribe quests are completed?
    To clarify not saying you wouldn't check, but I had similar, I took all ixal quests for a day but then roulette popped and I had set quests in tracker, next day total forgot I hadn't done ones in log.
