I think they mean 1 free ticket to change race when they release the missing genders.

I AGREE!!!! after 7 years in XI i was annoyed by the same hair style... and after a year in this game already i want a new hair style... SE says they want realize for your character, WELL people change their hair style, color, and appearance all the time.

im not really for a FULL customization cause well... its kinda annoying having to look and find friends who could change their appearance every week.

i think taking the medium with hairstyle, hair color, and a moderate change of skin tone is decent enough.

"One ticket" is what they promised us, free, when they add the new races, character creation options so it would be fair since those options were not available to us when we created out characters. It does not/should not mean we are only limited to doing it once.

I mean if someone wants to remake their character everyday for real life money... More power to SE! Roll those updates in faster.

I em totally for this as well. With addition of new customization options i will most definitely want to not only change the look of my character but also the race too. Previously I wanted to go with the highlander male as my battle oriented character but I didn't like any of the hairstyles or the faces. They all looked too tribal and most of them middle-aged. So I went with the midlander instead. But with the new options I believe I might want to change to highlander and most definitely not be forced to redo all that I accomplish so far. To be satisfied with your characters look is important if you want to love it and play with it every day right?

If I had the option to be male miquote when it was first released I would have. When they release the new races I would be ok with them allowing a one-time change for those of us who wanted to be the other races to begin with.

I don't have a lot of time to play so it wouldn't be much fun starting over after a year of progress.

I wouldn't mind paying a small fee, but I think it should be very small if there is one ($5 maybe?)

@ colino new names would imply new races i see taru mithra galka hume and elvs none of that silly new nam,e old race crap @ se if you give us the gender swap option and i chose to switch my MITHRA to a MANTHRA I WANT TO KEEP MY LVLS NO NEED TO START FROM SCRATCH IT MAKES ALL THE TIME I'VE SPENT playing the flaming turd xiv used to be seem pointless you've made great strides improving the game lets use a bit of comon sens on this one and alow players to keep there lvls after gender/race/name swap
