We would like to update you concerning the previously announced technical difficulty we are experiencing with several Worlds in the North American/European data centre.

Currently, players on the Cactuar/Faerie/Sargatanas/Diabolos Worlds, as well as some players who were participating in instances on the North American/European data centre Worlds, continue to be unable to log in.

We are continuing to work on recovery, but because there is a malfunction of the database server equipment, recovery may take a further 4-5 hours longer. We will keep you updated on the situation.

As a result of this issue, there is a possibility that some characters which were affected may experience a short data rollback of about one minute. We apologise, and ask for your understanding.
