    My primary character on Excalibur is stuck in Syrcus Tower. It's been logged into there for over 2hours now. What's stranger still is I can login as an alt on the same server and see myself still in the instance. It's like the character has been severed from my account entirely and it's pretty darned scary.
    I got the same problem and wondering if you've had any luck?

    Summarized: Database equipment malfunction, 4-5 hour downtime from now, may be a short 1 minute roll back on character data so you may have to turn quests back in, etc.
