    My primary character on Excalibur is stuck in Syrcus Tower. It's been logged into there for over 2hours now. What's stranger still is I can login as an alt on the same server and see myself still in the instance. It's like the character has been severed from my account entirely and it's pretty darned scary.

    Summarized: Database equipment malfunction, 4-5 hour downtime from now, may be a short 1 minute roll back on character data so you may have to turn quests back in, etc.

    Same cactuar server is up but says cannot find character Data but my name is there.

    What SE do this time.

    Great so they could have deleted our characters and lost our data and stuff I did would be gone or gil

    I will be super peed off.

    I don't think they would want that kind of rep of deleting player's data from their server,I bet they are hard at work right now, recovering the server and i'm sure they have backup of backup to go to and use.remember they had to backup the 1.0 characters before we went to 2.0 era, so i am sure they have backup of every character that was created since the very start of the game

    It's the free week log in. We have a bunch of people who don't pay for subscriptions getting free access. They're clogging up the servers. I know it sucks, but it should pass before next week. It's set to end this friday
