WHM or SCH for you..?

<-- SCH here. I had WHM to 50 first and struggled to get ACN up to 34 for E4E...but once I got there I just kept going...

I like the planning with SCH. I like knowing when big hits are coming, or AoE damage is possible, and properly shielding the party. Being able to place my fairy when my needs are divided and being able to plan out her moves to best fit a situation. Just seems much more proactive vs. a WHM's reactive nature. Granted, you can use the same knowledge of fights to prepare, but just a different feel for me.

Both are funny to play but i prefer SCH meccanics

I prefer scholar because so far it seems much more proactive than reactive with shields, sacred soil etc...

That being said I only have my whm up to 36, but am trying to level it up currently because there is a current need for whms.

personally I'm way too OCD about everyone's health bar so I prefer being able to heal everyone and keep them at full hp. Also as a WHM I keep track of every little thing on the screen. This way i dont have tunnel vision in my role. :3

I play both WHM and SCH, and I've cleared most of the SCoB on both roles (not T9 - no static raid group). I think that playing both definitely helps me adjust to the other healer on the team, no matter who or what he or she might be. I tend to favor WHM gearing since I think WHMs tend to be somewhat more reliant on gear, plus it was my first job at 50! And I think it helps extend the longevity of the content as well - going into a difficult fight sometimes feels like a different fight altogether depending on which job I'm playing.

Well I main Bard but I leveled up WHM as my second and while not the greatest do have more fun with it than with SCH. The raw healing means I can generally carry quite a few parties through titan hm.

My main is SCH, that is my favorite class>
But for things like Ramuh X, Syrcus tower, I always prefer to go as WHM
So I like both but for raid I wanna stay as SCH

My main is WHM because it is my first level 50 class. I can heal comfortably in either WHM or SCH in coils or primal EX. I prefer WHM for new and unfamiliar contents because I find it easier to rescue the party as WHM. I prefer SCH for familiar or easy content because SCH has actions for me to click and keep me occupied.
