Patch files won't download

Ever since patch 2.35 released, I have been having trouble even downloading it for both my computers, one old and one brand-new. It's the same problem regardless: while my Internet connection is perfectly sound, the download speed starts at 0.03MB/s and then decreases to 0.00. It follows up with a message that says: "Unable to download patch files" then shows what I'm guessing is a string of code: [30413][10009][10019][19900][3]. This is the same despite me getting a new computer a week after the patch, but now I have to download ALL of the patch files, from 2.0 onwards, because I had to reinstall the game. It's really starting to get old.

Uninstall the game, go to your My Documents > My Games folder and DELETE the FFXIV folder. Once deleted, try downloading it from their official site (http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/na) and downloading it there

It's imperative that you're deleting that file, though.
