After further browsing the whole forum, believe [GAMEPLAY] forum is decided for suggestion + comments + discussion + everything.. in game.

Although it has a dedicated topic for each scope of the ingame mechanism, but no specific place for suggestion, some people are trying to use [suggestion] to highlight if it is suggestion, while some use other prefix... not sure if it really works well with the web administater, but that it is now...i believe
