Does SE have a filter for bot reports?

I've reported three bots two-three days ago (I know they are bots, they have all lv1gear and don't respond to my whispers) and every time I go drop by to farm some wind crystals they are always there.

I mean it doesn't really bother me that they are still there. Or does SE plan to ban a truckload of them in one sweep?

They are very slow to answer Bot reports yes. A lot of bots make it to level 50, farming level 1 shards. THAT is slow.

I've had a friend that repeatedly tracks and reports fleece bots, mining bots, and SB bots. I'm pretty sure SE just automatically discards his numerous reports by now.

lol that same bot has been farming sheep outside Dragonhead for like 6 weeks now. But topic wise SE does one mass ban instead of just singular bans.

1) A lot of legitimate players wear level 1 gear when gathering shards. Good stats aren't needed so why deal with repair costs.
2) A lot of legitimate players do simple activities like shard farming while also watching Netflix or chatting with their friends, or whatever. There's no particular reason for them to be watching for your whisper.
3) As to their always being there, you can only attest to them being there when you were. If you had legitimate reason to be there that often, so could they.

None of this means they aren't gilseller bots of course, just that what you've seen is not sufficient proof to know that they are. Actually, I suspect you're probably right, but SE needs more than such a suspicion before they can start banning people. They'll need to watch them a while and make sure whether their play pattern is something a legitimate player could also be doing.
