Errm you realise all ninjitsu is from Ninja, which means these will only come after you have hit 30, got another class to 15 and unlocked the job. Then you learn the hand signs one at a time as you begin to level up. Leveling from 1-30 is more than enough to get a basic handle on the game and be a decent ninja. And until people have hit 50 and done some real testing and parsing, a decent ninja is all anyone will probably be.
